Elaine, did a great job showing and presenting our house. She had a great idea of having a second open house which brought the current owners. Also, the last day Elaine and her husband were a great help with vacuuming, and getting house ready for new owners. She added her personal touch with a traveling gift which came in very helpful. Elaine sincerely cared that we found and more importantly settled on our home. It was a very very rough road (of absolutely no fault of elaine) but she stuck thru with us and went above and beyond to keep the goal in sight!!! Truly dont know how she put up with us. Elaine Bush is a one in a million relator, there may not have been much money to make in our deal, and our lender situation was very fragile. Elaine, at times took off the gloves,and went well beyond her standard job description to ensure honesty and integrity were being upheld from the lender at all times. Buying a house is scary, working with lenders may be the scariest. Elaine is a lifesaver, and brings a great reputation to the Berkshire Hathaway brand, kudos to Elaine for being such a wonderful soul!

Earlier this year, I purchased my first home. I found Elaine after a thorough search for a local agent, whose main focus was my desired area. Elaine's online presence came across professional and relatable -- which is why I chose to contact her specifically. Upon arriving to our first meeting, I was delighted when the woman at the front desk of her office assured me I was "in great hands". From that first meeting, and throughout the whole process, Elaine was very honest and extremely patient with me. She had an answer for every question, and answered every phone call, text message and email, no matter the time. I, admittedly, was probably a difficult client due to my naivete but Elaine never faltered. I especially appreciated her demeanor; She treated me like family and wouldn't let me settle for anything less than the best.
