Baltimore: Visit Artscape 2019 July 19 - 21
Washington DC might have the National Art Gallery, but it's nearby Baltimore that boasts some of the most exciting up-and-coming artists in the nation. Baltimore is home to three state-designated arts and entertainment districts, and a community commitment to prioritizing promising and established artists.
